HO, HO, HO

Well, guess where we went last night?

We tried really hard, but Tenley did not like it. After our children's program at church Sunday night, Tenley screamed and dug her fingernails in my shoulder when she saw Santa come in to visit the kids. She was fine for our family picture (see below), but when I stepped away, she lost it.

Brooke really tried to talk it up to her on the way. She was saying, how "the guy at church the other night was just Santa's helper kindof like an elf, but that we were going to the North Pole to see the REAL Santa." Brooke was a little dissappointed when we pulled up and she yelled "Wait, this is not the North Pole it's the Bass Pro Shop." She had asked me how long it takes to get to the "North Pole" when we left the daycare.

Again, no smile = not happy.

Brooke was excited to drop off her letter.

We went to dinner afterwards and Brooke asked if that was "The Real Santa" because she didn't think so. I asked why and she said "Did you see his shoes?"

And she has moved on from the Victoria Secret's profession. She wants to model for recreational vehicles!

Daddy - always teaching gun safety.

This is what the girls want for Christmas!
